How does our quoting system work?

What is delivery time?
- Delivery times for Blinds are between 10-14 days.
- Plantation shutters take between 6-8 weeks (special occasions like Christmas and Easter can affect the product turnaround. All efforts are made to keep the turnaround times to the minimum).
How long is the warranty?
- Basswood Plantation Shutters 3 years
- PVC Plantation Shutters 5 years
- Aluminium Plantation Shutters 10 years
Blinds 3 years
How much deposit is required?
We require 50% deposit when ordering as all our blinds and shutters are custom made to measure
What are the payments methods?
We accept all major cards, cash, bank transfer.
Can I measure and install my shutters?
We offer supply only service as well, so you are able to measure and install your own shutters (we recommend that you contact us so we can help guide you through measuring your order).
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may change your order within 24 hours, or cancel your order within 12 hours, of making payment of the deposit. Orders may not be cancelled or changed after this time unless we agree. Due to the speed of processing and manufacturing of blinds, they go straight into production on the business day it is ordered.
Are your blinds and shutters custom made?

We understand every customer is different and have different needs, so we try to suit everyone’s budget, home decor, light & privacy requirements. If you require a recommendation, feel free to contact us, we will be happy to answer your questions.
How long does it take to install blinds or shutters?
Installation of shutters or blinds will generally be done within few hours, depends how many there are. We will contact you to make an appointment once your blinds arrive from the factory and try to make it as most as most convenient as we can.
How long will my shutters last?
There is no definitive answer to this. Our shutters are manufactured using the very latest technology available in the shutter industry, we only use top quality materials that have undergone extensive testing, so we are confident they will last for many years to come.
